Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CA(SA) advantageous.
• 5–7 years’ experience in a financial management role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and risk management.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct financial analysis and modelling to assess risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Lead annual budgeting with input from department heads.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee cash flow and working capital management.
• Manage capital expenditure and ROI tracking.
