Job summary

Old Mutual South Africa is seeking a sales-focused professional to advise a defined market on our range of financial products and services. You will be accountable for achieving results through your own efforts while delivering quality service.

Key activities include building trust, prospecting, CRM data management, and presenting to decision-makers. You will develop relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulatory codes.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) and FAIS compliance requirements.
• Valid Driver’s licence and own car.
• FAIS Compliance (NQF Level 5 FSCA Approved Qualification)
• Clear criminal and credit check
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in sales
• Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Presentations skills an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service and identify opportunities to secure new business.
• Process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
• Analyze problems to find best solutions (technical or professional).
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests.
• Enter CRM data and manage follow-up actions for effective retention and development.
• Develop and implement relationship plans to build key stakeholder relationships.
