Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional designation through SAICA, SAIPA, or an equivalent body.
• Experience in financial management, governance, and reporting standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or BC is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial strategy of VKB Financial Services.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management and the Board.
• Monitor profitability and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with FSCA, FIC, trust account regulations, and related legislation.
• Manage internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Lead and develop accounting, finance, and administration teams.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Support business growth initiatives through financial analysis and due diligence.
