The role requires a Master's degree in a related field, strong leadership, and proven grant-writing and stakeholder engagement skills to secure funding and partnerships that sustain community impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.
• Extensive program management experience, preferably in ECE.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and effective pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent grant writing, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and oversee the implementation of all early childhood development programs.
