Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Pretoria is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support planning and execution of logistics strategies. You will analyse data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to optimize operations across the supply chain.

With 3–5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s in a related field, you will work with ERP systems like SAP/Oracle and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced data analysis using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and KPIs.
• Experience with ERP data extraction and dashboarding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse supply chain data from ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports for inventory, order fulfilment, and delivery accuracy.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline processes across procurement, warehousing, and transportation.
• Support new logistics technology implementations and cross-functional collaboration.
