Adcock Ingram Holdings Limited is seeking a Costing Manager to lead cost management across manufacturing and supply chain units. You will establish, maintain, and enhance standard costing systems and financial controls to drive efficiency and profitability.

The role requires strong costing expertise, variance analysis, budgeting, CAPEX collaboration, and cross-functional partnership to optimise cost structures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading costing in manufacturing across multiple units.
• Ability to develop and maintain standard cost systems and BOMs.
• Strong governance of costing records and ERP data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Costing and standard cost maintenance for materials, labour and overheads.
• Monitor production cost variances and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare costing packs for new products and budgeting.
• Control production costs and report monthly to stakeholders.
• Participate in CAPEX analysis and spending monitoring.
• Oversee stock counts and ensure accurate valuation.
• Establish internal costing controls and conduct data audits.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Develop rolling cost forecasts with finance and operations.
• Lead and develop the costing team and ensure policy adherence.
