Transnet SOC Ltd seeks a Contracts Specialist to safeguard financial, operational, and legal interests across the contract lifecycle. You will draft, manage, and close contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

The role requires leading negotiations after award, managing supplier relations, and maintaining contract documentation in SAP/TDPS. A strong background in NEC3/ CIDB and risk mitigation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Commercial, and/or Law.
• National Diploma in Commerce or Finance.
• 3–5 years’ experience in tenders and contracts management.
• CIDB/ NEC3 experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Pre-contracts planning and lifecycle management.
• Develop and implement contracts per policy and SOPs.
• Lead negotiations after award.
• Provide administrative contract management support.
• Evaluate terms and conditions and give recommendations.
• Maintain contract register and files.
