Job summary

Prime South Africa is seeking a motivated Compliance Specialist to join our team in Randburg. You will identify, assess and reduce compliance, legal, operational and governance risks while partnering with leaders to embed practical controls into day‑to‑day operations.

You will work across departments to influence outcomes, implement corrective actions, and ensure regulatory requirements are integrated into business processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of compliance experience in financial services or risk management.
• Proficient in Excel with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong writing and communication skills for clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional legal guidance and develop training on regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate compliance and governance risks across the organization.
• Partner with business teams to embed compliance into decision-making and processes.
• Draft and review policies, contracts and marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
