Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive communications leadership experience with emphasis on Media & PR.
• Proven track record in developing and executing impactful strategies for large organizations.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Crisis communications and reputation management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with storytelling and persuasive messaging.
• In-depth knowledge of South African media landscape and policy environment.
• Experience in digital communications, social media strategy, and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee media relations activities, including crisis communications, press conferences, and spokesperson training.
