You will represent clients in courts and ADR proceedings, draft pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, and collaborate with senior partners to develop case strategy in a busy, supportive practice located in the port city of Richards Bay.

Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with a minimum of 6 years in commercial litigation.
• In-depth knowledge of South African civil procedure and evidence law.
• Exceptional advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills.
• Membership in a relevant professional legal body is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct complex commercial litigation matters on behalf of clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents with precision and legal acumen.
• Conduct discovery, including document review, interrogatories, and depositions.
• Represent clients in court appearances, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Develop case strategies and provide clients with clear, actionable legal advice.
