Leads implementation of a business development strategy to support growth and enhance the organization's presence and reputation within the general insurance industry. Manages key internal and external relationships across the broker intermediary and customer market to drive the organization's business plan targets.
Develop networks, direct sales strategies, manage key accounts, and promote customer focus. Develop and implement relationship management plans for strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage budgets and build organizational capabilities through mentoring and development activities.
