• Requires degree in Finance/Management Accounting and SAICA registration.
• Postgraduate finance qualification preferred; MBA advantageous.
• Proven IFRS reporting experience and strong governance knowledge.
• Experience in debt management, budgeting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor financial policies to ensure cash flow and cost control.
• Lead strategic financial planning and investments with the CEO/Board.
• Oversee external reporting and compliance with SA legislation.
• Coordinate internal audit, risk management and governance systems.
• Manage budgeting, reporting, and performance analyses for exec leadership.
