The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, along with 5 years of financial management experience. A professional accounting qualification like CA, ACCA, or CIMA is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, including 2+ years in a senior role.
• Experience in the East Africa region is advantageous.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure timely reporting.
• Manage month-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting and statutory requirements.
