Strategic Partnership Manager
We are seeking a commercially driven Strategic Partnership Manager to lead and expand our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-impact partnerships that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and unlock new revenue streams. The ideal candidate will bring expertise from the SaaS or broader technology sector, with a strong understanding of how strategic alliances support go-to-market success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company goals and revenue objectives.
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key partners, including technology providers, resellers, consultants, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure partner alignment and optimize joint outcomes.
- Manage the entire partner lifecycle, from initial engagement and onboarding to enablement, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization.
- Negotiate partnership terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term collaboration.
- Lead joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-selling, co-marketing, and lead generation activities.
- Track and report on partner performance, contribution to pipeline, and key performance indicators.
- Stay informed about market trends in SaaS, global employment solutions, and compliance to drive innovation and partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development within a SaaS or technology-focused organization.
- Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and managing high-value partner programs or strategic alliances.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience designing partnership agreements.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and influence external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategies, partner-led sales models, and B2B SaaS sales cycles.
- Experience with partner enablement, joint marketing initiatives, and channel management.
