• Define roadmap, investment priorities and use-case portfolio across delivery, operations and customer journeys.
• Establish governance and controls to prevent shadow delivery and vendor lock-in.
• Drive measurable business value through AI-enabled delivery and reusable patterns.
• Lead AI engineers, platform owners and delivery partners to high-value outcomes.
• Oversee budgets, suppliers and executive reporting for the domain.
