Core Description

Responsible and accountable for the daily activities relating to inbound and outbound stock/assets movement within the distribution centre. Ensuring operational execution of the stock management process and associated controls, as defined within the Stock Management Policy.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

  1. Ensure both inbound and outbound stock movement is executed in a timely, effective, and efficient manner, in line with governing policy standards, controls, and technology, to maximize value in stock management.
  2. Accurate and timely processing of outbound stock movement, including inventory and assets, across areas such as the distribution centre, regional distribution centres, project office requests, supplier dispatch, internal assets, and technician requests.
  3. Manage inventory levels through regular stock takes and cycle counts to maintain standards.
  4. Uphold quality assurance standards, ensuring compliance with the Stock Management Policy and controls, following training and guidance from Team Leaders, and escalate issues as needed.
