Storeman (Catering / Food & Beverage) – Lanseria, Gauteng.

Join a high-end hospitality group operating two exclusive wedding venues in the Cradle of Humankind.

This hands-on role supports seamless kitchen and service operations by overseeing stock control across dry stores, cold rooms, and kitchens.

With a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality sourcing, the position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality and service excellence

Salary: R18 000 – R20 000 per month.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Experience in hospitality / restaurant / catering stock control essential
  • Experience in ordering stock and finding best quality and price
  • Strong physical stamina (manual handling required)
  • Tech-savvy with issuing systems experience
  • Problem solver
  • Team player

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Placing stock orders
  • Managing stock in dry stores, cold rooms, and kitchens
  • Transferring stock between two venues (3km apart)
  • Implementing issuing systems
  • Sourcing best prices and doing comparisons
  • Liaising with chefs to coordinate stock and pre-orders
  • Using company vehicle for collections and errands
