Duties & Responsibilities
Generic Objectives
- Maintain adequate levels of technical and non-technical stock.
- Possess technical knowledge and understanding of stock items and their use in building maintenance.
- Ensure that stock in the stores is secured and kept in an orderly and tidy fashion.
- Receive and issue stock in accordance with company procedures.
- Physically move stock, pack the store, and issue stock.
- Conduct regular stock counts.
- Ensure accurate recording of stock received and issued using the stock management system, especially the Infor EAM modules.
Stock Control
- Implement effective stock control to minimize shrinkage, measured through stock audits.
Feedback
- Provide feedback and critical observations to the Store Supervisor regarding daily issues and performance.
Customer Satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
ISO Standards – 9001, 14001, and 45001
- Adhere to TFS’s SHEQ policies and procedures related to safety, health, environment, and quality management systems.
Ad Hoc
- Perform any reasonable actions requested by management.

Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification is advantageous.
- At least 2 years of clerical experience in a technical environment or as a Handyman/Artisan.
- Knowledge of purchasing policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Infor EAM systems.
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
