Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in store management focusing on risk and compliance.
• Budgeting knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Business understanding of retail trade, audit processes and risk evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Manage losses within policy and report exceptions to the Store Manager.
• Oversee Dayforce operations and data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and store policies.
