We are seeking a Store Operations Supervisor to join our team in Pretoria East. The role involves supervising, motivating, and supporting a team of dark store staff in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee the daily operations of the dark store.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the order process from receiving to dispatch
2. Manage stock operations including stock counts, inventory check-in, and disposal
3. Oversee cash management
4. Supervise staff on shift
5. Report to the Operations Manager on key metrics and staff performance
6. Coordinate shift scheduling
