Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join their team. This role requires excellent sales, leadership, and organizational skills, along with a passion for women’s fashion and customer satisfaction.

Salary: R12 000 + 3% commission on personal sales + 1% commission on store turnover
Location: Clearwater Mall, Roodepoort
Available Position: 1
Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the store

Drive sales and meet targets through effective team leadership and customer service

Oversee staff training, development, and performance management

Ensure optimal stock control and visual merchandising standards

Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner

Provide reports on sales performance and operational needs to Head Office

Maintain high standards in line with brand identity

At least 3 years of retail management experience in the fashion industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong people management and leadership skills

Experience in stock control, merchandising, and customer service

Fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken)

Passion for women’s fashion and style

Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
