Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to join their team. As the Store Manager, you will play a critical role in the overall success of the store by leading your team to provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales and operational objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring high standards of merchandising, and creating a positive shopping environment that fosters customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in retail
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and improve store performance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Own vehicle with valid driver’s license
• Excellent command of English and Afrikaans advantageous
