Position: iStore Manager

As the iStore Manager, you are at the helm of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee store operations and be accountable for overall store performance.
2. Lead and motivate teams to perform at their best and ensure a valued experience for both team members and customers.
3. Achieve or exceed store targets related to units, finances, and development.
4. Ensure the store is recognized as the go-to place for anything Mac in the eyes of customers.

Requirements

• Completed Matric; tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• 5+ years of experience leading large teams in a complex, high-turnover environment.
• Matrix management skills to promote cooperation across business functions.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agility and strategic thinking.
• Understanding of corporate strategic direction and targets.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Experience in compiling store performance reports.
• Proven success in driving store targets and results.
• Retail operations experience and knowledge.
