STORE MANAGER - RETAIL (GEORGE)

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to fill the positions of Store Manager . The successful candidates will be responsible for leading our retail team and driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

POSITION INFO :

Minimum Requirements :

• Experience : At least 2 years in a management role, with a strong emphasis on sales experience.
• Completion of a 2-week training program.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, and inventory control.
• Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment conducive to employee growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
