• At least 1-2 years management experience in a similar environment
• Computer literate, able to work well under pressure & resilient, team player, leadership and staff management skills, good communication skills, business sense
• Good attention to detail and accuracy, good time management, resourcefulness & problem-solving capabilities, customer service orientation, building and maintaining relationships, confidence and decisiveness
• Passionate about the brand, social-media savvy, fashionable

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising staff; managing staff; managing budgets (P&L, payroll)
2. Maintaining statistical and financial records (daily, weekly, and monthly administration); dealing with customer queries and complaints
3. Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets; motivating staff to achieve these
4. Visual merchandising & housekeeping, inventory management (stock management)
5. Ensuring store equipment is secured and accounted for; maintaining a healthy & safe environment for customers and staff
6. Understanding store sales targets and producing specific action plans to minimise stock loss
7. Sales, retail, and business development activities
