About the Sales Consultant position

We are looking for temporary & talented Sales Consultants to be based in Eastern Cape specifically Port Elizabeth & Mthatha.

Our ideal candidate should be able to use statistical analysis software and provide reports on sales and marketing metrics.

You will collaborate with the sales team and the marketing department to achieve business goals.

Ultimately, you should be able to improve sales and increase profits.

Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
  1. Establish the sales plan, set and achieve sales targets across agreed product/service offerings for the region.
  2. Sell solutions of all products and services of Fundi.
  3. Follow up on application status.
  4. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met both on the rand value and unit.
  5. Utilize electronic means/systems to ensure students use the new ways of doing business.
  6. Ensure client satisfaction at all times.
  7. Provide constant feedback to customers on their application.
  8. Ensure Customer Service Index grows with a minimum of 10 points.
  9. Continuously mine areas of opportunities and analyze databases to achieve targets.
  10. Pro-active planning of events.
  11. Understand local areas and business opportunities.
  12. Arrange meetings.
  13. Deliver on new business opportunities.
Sales Consultant Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in the field of sales.
  2. Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  3. Good product knowledge.
  4. Public speaking.
  5. Product demonstration.
  6. People person personality.
  7. Displaying professionalism.
  8. Being target driven and highly motivated.
  9. Grade 12.
  10. Certificate in Business Management/Sales or related discipline.
  11. At least 3 years of experience in a sales environment.
  12. At least 1-2 years of Sales Assistant/Consultant experience.
