Description:

Leading a store team to meet business KPIs including driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks and stock loss, managing administration, and ensuring world-class store standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Increase sales by focusing on customer service, maintaining store standards, store image, stock management, and promotional activities.
2. Minimize stock loss through a healthy store culture, security measures, and proper stock and cash handling procedures.
3. Manage costs in line with the company's low-cost culture by driving efficiencies.
4. Ensure all administrative duties are completed according to company guidelines.
5. Lead and develop a dynamic team through training, coaching, and performance management.
6. Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Proficient in English.
• Relevant tertiary education (degree/diploma) in a business or retail-related field is advantageous.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite is an advantage.
