Job description

PURPOSE OF POSITION : Leading a store team to meet business KPIs including driving sales, cost control, mitigating risks and stock loss, administration, and ensuring world-class store standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Increase sales by focusing on customer service, maintaining store standards, store image, stock management, and promotional activities.
2. Minimize stock loss through a healthy store culture, security measures, and proper stock and cash handling procedures.
3. Manage costs in line with the company's low-cost culture by driving efficiencies within the store.
4. Ensure administrative duties are completed according to company guidelines.
5. Lead a dynamic team of Dynamos, taking responsibility for training, coaching, and performance management.
6. Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
