Purpose of Position :

Leading a store team to meet business KPIs including driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks and stock loss, managing administration, and ensuring world-class store standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Increase sales by focusing on customer service, maintaining store standards, store image, stock management, and promotional activities.
  • Minimize stock loss through a healthy store culture and security measures, including stock and cash handling procedures.
  • Manage costs in line with the company's low-cost culture by driving efficiencies.
  • Ensure administrative duties are performed according to company guidelines.
  • Lead a dynamic team, taking responsibility for training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements :

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Relevant tertiary education (degree/diploma in business or retail-related field) is an advantage.
  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment within a leadership role.
