Responsibilities:

  1. Stock Management: Ensure accurate receipt and unpacking of stock, merchandise, and replenishment on the sales floor. Monitor and manage stock levels to mitigate risks and ensure adequate stock. Oversee stockroom maintenance and authorize write-offs, breakages, recalls, and returns.
  2. Sales Growth & Profitability: Analyze sales and profitability reports to collaborate on operational actions, increase sales, and monitor expenditure. Review product performance and provide feedback to support centres. Identify opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness. Conduct compliance checks to ensure policy adherence.
  3. Customer Experience Management: Implement customer experience processes, including business instructions, markdowns, promotions, visual standards, feedback, and housekeeping to meet service standards.
  4. Leadership & Development: Lead and motivate the team to achieve KPIs and operational goals. Identify training and development needs, manage performance, and implement innovation initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and store efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
