This position is for our Retail and Workshop in Stellenbosch.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager & Mechanic, located in Stellenbosch. The Store Manager & Mechanic will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service for walk-in and online clients. Additionally, the role involves managing store inventory and handling retail loss prevention. The candidate will also conduct mechanical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of bicycles and related equipment.
