Store Manager (Firearms And Outdoor)

I need a retail Store Manager with 10 years retail experience, preferably in Firearms and Outdoor industry. Afrikaans essential due to the clientele.

POSITION INFO :

This role will assist in the day-to-day running as a Store Manager for a Safari Outdoor store, with the ultimate purpose of maximising sales and profitability. This role will also be responsible for excellent stock taking in all aspects and representing the Company in a professional way by always being neat, well presented and well spoken.

Duties:

1. Maintain company stock inventories to meet business requirements.
2. Maintain purchase and pricing reports.
3. Replenish stock levels.
4. Oversee shipments and internal stock transfers.
5. Run the Branch and the warehouse from A to Z.
6. Staff Management.
7. Stock Control.
8. Reports.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

1. 10 years experience as a Retail Store Manager.
2. Must have knowledge of firearms with hunting/shooting experience.

Package & Remuneration:

R40K CTC

Medical and Pension of 100% paid by the employee.
