R 13000 - R 15000 Monthly Basic Salary (11k incentive)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards to maximize sales potential
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
• Maintain compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
