Job description

Manage Profitability: Ensure the store's continuity, growth, and profitability by managing costs and maximizing sales turnover and returns.

Identify New Business Opportunities: Take calculated risks and generate innovative ideas to implement new business opportunities and maximize sales.

Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate with the Operations Executive and Regional Operations Manager to interpret business objectives into an operational plan for the store.

Procurement, Stock Control, and Merchandising: Oversee the store's logistics, ensure products are purchased in line with company policies, maintain optimal stock levels, and control stock losses.

Maintain Stock Variances: Keep stock levels optimal and monitor variances.

Financial Management: Prepare and adhere to the store budget in line with operational plans; monitor financial processes according to best practices and company procedures.

Customer Service: Address customer complaints effectively and coordinate promotions, advertising, and PR to enhance the brand's market share following company procedures.

Day-to-Day Operations: Responsible for daily operations, administration, customer service, and overall management of store employees.

Operational Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify problems and successes, and work with the support team to improve business performance.

People Management: Inspire, motivate, develop, and lead employees to achieve store objectives, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a harmonious work environment.

Legislative Compliance and Corporate Governance: Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and handle legal matters appropriately.
