Store manager and Assistant Store Managers

Matric and Tertiary qualification.

3 to 5 years plus of managing a sales team. Retail operations and experience from Vodacom, Cell C, Cape Union Mart, Incredible Connection, Massmart Makro, Dischem, Edcon, TFG Stores.

Overall responsibility and accountability for the store.

This role is pivotal in planning and directing day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations, building and inspiring a high-performance team, and optimizing sales opportunities, revenue, and financial targets.

Also responsible for ensuring effective management and stock control processes to minimize risk.
