Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising staff
• Managing staff and budgets (P&L, Payroll)
• Maintaining statistical and financial records (daily, weekly, and monthly administration)
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
• Visual merchandising & housekeeping
• Inventory management (stock management)
• Ensuring store equipment is secured and accounted for
• Maintenance of a health & safety environment for customers and staff
• Understanding store daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Producing a store-specific action plan to minimize stock loss
