Job summary

TFG Limited, Jeffreys Bay-based Sportscene store, seeks a Store Manager (45hr) to lead day-to-day operations on-site in Jeffreys Bay. You will drive turnover, manage staff and implement merchandising standards to deliver superior customer experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers

Qualifications & Exprience:

• A Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 2 years store leadership experience.
