Job summary

TFG Limited, a leading South African fashion retailer, invites applications for a store leadership role in Cradock. The role emphasizes driving turnover, controlling costs, and reducing stock loss while leading a team to execute merchandising standards and deliver excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate and at least 3 years in retail, including 1 year in a leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• A Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets.
• Controlling expenses.
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
