A leading retail group seeks a Store Manager to enhance turnover and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with a Matric qualification and over 5 years of retail experience, including 3 years in leadership roles. This position requires excellent communication abilities and a strategic approach to sales and operations.
Responsibilities
Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets
Controlling expenses
Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the company standard
People management, including recruitment, staff development, employee relations, and performance management
Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
Ensuring customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling customer demands
Qualifications
A Matric certificate
Minimum 5 years retail experience with at least 3 years in store leadership
