Job summary

The Foschini Group (TFG) is seeking a store leadership professional to drive turnover, control costs, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. The role focuses on managing stock, merchandising standards, and staff development within designated stores.

You will build customer loyalty and lead sales conversations to meet targets. Ideal candidate has a Matric certificate and at least 3 years of retail experience, with 1 year in store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
