Our client, an upmarket, fast-paced growing Brand of clothing, is looking for a Store Manager. Our client is seeking a Store Manager for Canal Walk.

Position Info

The ideal candidate must be confident, ambitious, honest, loyal, conscientious, determined, humble, kind, and energetic. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the store.

With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the brand image, the manager will play a crucial role in achieving business objectives and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback and training to support team development and performance improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where team members feel valued, empowered, and motivated to excel.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining profitability.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution and preserving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Oversee the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that merchandise displays are aesthetically pleasing, on-brand, and effectively showcase the products.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of retail store management experience.
  • Matric certificate.
