Responsibilities
  1. Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets.
  2. Risk control and managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
  3. People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
  4. Ensure that store presentation is according to company standards.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.
Requirements
  1. Matric/Grade 12.
  2. 2 years fashion retail management experience.
  3. Track record of good stock take results.
  4. Strong leadership skills.
  5. Results driven.
  6. Great customer care experience.
  7. Exceptional people skills.
  8. Attention to detail.
  9. Sense of urgency.
