Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve the annual sales budget by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets to ensure business sustainability.
- Manage and control the store's financial aspects to ensure profitability.
- Adhere to merchandising standards aligned with brand requirements to maintain a good product mix.
- Ensure proper stock management and control to minimize loss and ensure product availability by monitoring stock-related risks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to provide the best customer experience.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with all relevant service providers (internal and external).
- Manage human resources effectively by recruiting, planning, and administering payroll properly.
- Inspire, motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable appropriately.
- Align team members with the company culture and foster a positive work environment.
- Implement all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain health & safety practices.

Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Clear criminal record.
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ store management experience.
- Minimum of 8 years' retail experience.
- Experience working in a large retail store with an annual turnover of more than R 20 million.
