Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the annual sales budget by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets to ensure business sustainability.
  • Manage and control the store's financial aspects to ensure profitability.
  • Adhere to merchandising standards aligned with brand requirements to maintain a good product mix.
  • Ensure proper stock management and control to minimize loss and ensure product availability by monitoring stock-related risks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to provide the best customer experience.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with all relevant service providers (internal and external).
  • Manage human resources effectively by recruiting, planning, and administering payroll properly.
  • Inspire, motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable appropriately.
  • Align team members with the company culture and foster a positive work environment.
  • Implement all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain health & safety practices.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ store management experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years' retail experience.
  • Experience working in a large retail store with an annual turnover of more than R 20 million.
