We are seeking a Store Leader for our Jonsson Workwear Durban store, a key role that ensures the seamless operation of the store. The Store Leader is a dependable individual who supports day-to-day activities, maintains efficient store operations, and provides an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, experienced in supporting a diverse team, takes initiative, and is comfortable delegating and driving accountability.

Responsibilities include:

1. Being a reliable go-to person for your team and the Business Leader.
2. Overseeing daily store operations with precision and composure under pressure.
3. Supporting, inspiring, and guiding a motivated team to contribute to the store's success.
4. Communicating effectively with the Business Leader, team, and customers.
5. Ensuring tasks are completed and customer queries are resolved promptly through consistent follow-up and follow-through.
