Dermalogica is recruiting a driven, organized, and experienced store lead to drive sales and business objectives, and to serve as a Brand Ambassador in our Hemmingways Dermalogica Store.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring monthly sales and treatment revenue targets are met.
- Conducting accurate consultations and Face Mapping with each new client, ensuring all records are updated.
- Following up with customers via phone post-treatment and retail purchases.
- Managing customer complaints, product returns, and maintaining high customer service standards.
- Managing the POS system.
- Overseeing daily staff operations and roster coverage.
- Assisting the concept stores manager with staff assessments and training.
- Managing inventory monthly and maintaining records.
- Supporting the smooth daily operations of the store.
- Ensuring the store is well-stocked, clean, and effectively merchandised.
- Planning and participating in in-store promotions.
- Participating in company promotional events such as marketing activities, golf days, launches, IDI training, and trade shows.
- Maintaining personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times.
- Performing all tasks and administration as per Policies and Procedures manual.
- Being familiar with all products, treatments, concepts, and policies of Dermalogica.
- Maintaining product knowledge through regular training and assessments.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-year Skin Care diploma.
- At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Previous experience with high-end skincare brands.
- Dermalogica experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
