PAVE Direct Marketing is seeking ambitious individuals to join our growing team as Store Card Assistant. You will engage with customers face-to-face, promote products and services, identify customer needs and create positive customer experiences while working towards individual and team sales targets.

No previous sales experience is required. Full product and sales training, mentorship and ongoing development will be provided.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence, positivity and a desire to learn.
• Goal-oriented with a professional work ethic.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday.
• Team player with good customer service skills.

Job Summary

PAVE Direct Marketing is looking for ambitious, confident and goal-driven individuals to join our growing team as Store Card Assistant. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have a passion for sales and are motivated by achieving results.

As a Store Card Assistant, you will engage with customers face-to-face, promote products and services, identify customer needs and create positive customer experiences while working towards individual and team sales targets.
