Job summary

TFG Limited's @home Canalwalk store in Western Cape is seeking a Stockroom Associate to support stock handling, receiving and dispatching, and to maintain excellent housekeeping and accurate stock control. The role requires a customer-friendly approach and strong communication skills.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is required; hospitality or stockroom experience is advantageous and will be valued in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• A Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
• 2 years stockroom experience (advantageous).
• Hospitality background (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to management regarding stock issues and movements.
• Drive the ultimate customer experience.
• Ensure sales targets are met.
• Managing the receiving and dispatching of stock.
• Processing stock within specified time frames.
• Facilitating efficient rotation of stock from stockroom to sales floor.
• Ensuring neatness and housekeeping standards are world class.
• Manage shrinkage in line with company standards.
