Stock Controller / Warehouse Supervisor

Stock Controller / Warehouse Supervisor required for a well-established company based on the East Rand!
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License
Own transport
Strong personality
Ability to implement process and procedures

Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse and Inventory Management
2. Oversee the receiving and dispatching of all warehouse stock
3. Report any incorrect or damaged spares received
4. Maintain optimal stock levels through regular physical stock counts
5. Plan, coordinate and execute quarterly stock takes
6. Develop and implement procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and stock control
7. Allocate bin locations and ensure proper packing and storage of items
8. Assist the Storeman with customer orders and verify all picked spares for accuracy
9. Generate delivery notes for outgoing stock
10. Ensure timely and accurate handover of customer orders to drivers and couriers
11. Manage SLA spares issued to technicians for customer requirements
12. Oversee the issuing and tracking of rebuild spares to Technicians
13. Monitor and control stock held by technicians and in their vehicles
14. Report stock-related issues and corrective action plans to the Service Manager and/or Procurement
15. Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization is maintained at all times
16. Perform additional tasks as required (ad hoc duties)
