We are seeking a Store Operations Stock Controller for our team in Johannesburg, Roodepoort.

This role involves managing daily stock operations within the store, ensuring inventory accuracy, optimal stock levels, and smooth stock flow.

Responsibilities include managing stock movements, coordinating with supervisors, demand planners, and staff, and maintaining inventory systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock levels, and conducting stock takes.
• Order Processing: Managing incoming orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, and overseeing picking, packing, and labeling.
• Quality Control: Conducting checks for safety, quality, damages, and discrepancies.
• Vendor Management: Communicating with vendors, resolving issues, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely replenishment.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse organized, clean, safe, and implementing proper storage practices.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports, analyzing data for trends, and recommending improvements.
• Compliance and Security: Ensuring adherence to regulations, safety standards, and security protocols.
