An innovative automotive technology group is seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing vehicle inventory across multiple brands, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-owned and runner vehicle stock management
• Handle comprehensive invoice and documentation processes
• Coordinate NATIS registration and licensing
• Perform weekly stock takes and pricing updates
• Manage trade-in vehicle documentation and processing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Dealership Stock Controller
• Corporate dealership and pre-owned vehicle experience
• Proven knowledge of used vehicle payment processes
• Expertise in invoice and floorplan management

Working Conditions

• Full-time position
• Office hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
• Additional Saturday morning hours: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
